I didn’t know much about Shiatsu, and as is often the case with unfamiliar things, I thought it was just a simple body massage — something I didn’t think I needed. The real obstacle that kept me from trying it sooner was the idea of doing something unknown and, most of all, seemingly useless.


But then I started receiving Shiatsu treatments, and I discovered something entirely different. For the first time, I truly "connected with my body." I started listening to and feeling parts of myself I had never considered before.

The treatment gave me a sense of total relaxation, as if I had entered another dimension. The inner peace it provides is unparalleled, allowing me to connect deeply with the emotions tied to my body.


Since receiving Shiatsu treatments, I’ve learned to be truly present in the "here and now," living in deep awareness of every part of myself.

The sensations that arise during treatment are like a journey into my inner world, an ongoing discovery.
