Anti-Stress Shiatsu: Letting Go and Regaining Confidence

Letting Go: My Discovery of Shiatsu
Before I discovered shiatsu, I was tense, tired, and very nervous . I wasn't sleeping well, and not enough.
I'd never tried it because I couldn't find the right push. The obstacle, actually, wasn't the shiatsu itself: it's a moment when you have to let go , and first I had to find someone I could trust.
Anti-Stress Shiatsu: The Time to Unplug
I achieved such a sense of calm that I even fell asleep during the session. It's a time when I disconnect from the world. I experienced a very anti-stress Shiatsu.
What I've liked most, so far, is precisely this: being able to let go.
Although it's a little painful at times, I feel every treated area relax and unwind. My legs, feet, and back feel lighter.
Who would I recommend it to?
Yes, I would recommend them to anyone like me who has a somewhat neurotic, constantly tense life. Agnese's treatments really help a lot, and I never imagined how much.
Shiatsu isn't necessarily just pain: it's a moment when you have to let go and trust the person practicing it.
Agnes is...
Agnese is serious, kind, and professional. She becomes a friend.
Like a cloud
When, alas, I finish the session, I feel like I'm on a cloud, a little dazed, and then I feel more energized but at the same time relaxed .
It was a very pleasant discovery that I will definitely make again with Agnese.
My thanks go to her,
Paola Calligarich
