How I Discovered Shiatsu

I first heard about Shiatsu from my mother, who often talked about its many benefits. During a particularly challenging time in my life, I decided to try it for myself. I expected deep physical relaxation — and I did experience that — but I was surprised by the emotional and mental effects it had on me.
