Returning to Our Nature of Grace: The Beginning of the Journey in Rishikesh

Guruji Parveen Nair opened the ceremony with simple yet profound words:

"With this moment, we ask for the blessing to return to our nature of grace, to remove any obstacles on our path—both physical and mental—and to live these days together in harmony."

Guruji introduced himself and shared his journey in yoga and his transformation through Embodied Yoga. He explained that this practice is not meant to fix or break anyone, but rather to guide us toward *non-form*, allowing us to reconnect with our true nature through the union of body and spirit.

During this first moment of sharing, we introduced ourselves. Our nationalities: Italy, Guatemala, Israel, United States, France, Ecuador, Switzerland, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Greece, Brazil, Germany.

Each of us shared our journey in yoga and how we arrived here. Then, one by one, we received a blessing, a garland of fresh flowers, and a bag with our study texts.

Our teachers will be four: two from India (Parveen and Pandit), one from Malaysia (Louis), and one from Italy (Federico). An intense and diverse schedule awaits us.

Dear reader, tonight I write more concisely. I assure you it’s still me and not a machine, but emotions are beginning to surface strongly.

The word we all use the most is "overwhelming"—and this is just the beginning.

I leave you with two quotes I read this morning in an email from Michael Neill, whom I follow for insights on the Three Principles.

(By the way, next week marks the start of a free webinar series on relationships—more info here.)

Ramana Maharshi: "Let what comes, come; let what goes, go; and see what remains."

What remains is you—the real you—filled with innate wisdom and common sense, capable of navigating any "how", no matter how complex it might seem when viewed through the eyes of your imagined self.

Sydney Banks: "If you drop your ego—the image of your self-importance—and simply be yourself, whoever that is, you’ll find the secret to heaven here on earth. You’ll discover that you’re not who you think you are… you’re something more beautiful. Far better. Truly wonderful."

This feels like a good astral alignment.

From Rishikesh, with love and gratitude,

Agnese
