A gift that brought well-being
I've never hesitated to get a Shiatsu treatment because I've always enjoyed receiving massages, and since it was recommended to me—actually, a gift—by my friend, I didn't hesitate at all. There are no obstacles, especially because Agnese is always available to try to accommodate me, even when her schedule is busy or on short notice.
Concrete and recognized improvements
The most striking result was a significant improvement in my left shoulder, which had been quite stiff and moderately painful. The physical therapist also acknowledged that the Shiatsu treatment had improved significantly and advised me to continue.
The pleasure of letting go
What I like most is that I can let myself go and fall asleep —which is unlike me! I've been having some pain in my bunion lately, and with just one treatment, it went away. Overall, I feel more relaxed and calm.
Shiatsu and perimenopause: Help for body and mind
Shiatsu is supporting me in my search for a good mental and physical balance in my life, during a phase— perimenopause —which can be very delicate.
With Shiatsu treatments I am rediscovering a sense of stability, relaxation and trust in my body.
A space for presence and deep listening
Agnese is available and attentive, welcoming with simplicity and respect. Each treatment is a dedicated space, where I feel truly seen and listened to .
I appreciate her humility and the gratitude with which she approaches her work: at the end of each meeting she thanks us, as if every experience were an opportunity for learning and sharing for her too.
Sharing well-being
I often talk about it with my colleagues and family. I find that, in general, we all need some time for ourselves, to listen and relax , just like what Shiatsu can offer.
