Shiatsu was a mystery to me. Having never tried it before, I didn’t know what to expect and was afraid I might not like it. Now I feel lighter, calmer. It’s teaching me to notice the differences between the various parts of my body, before and after each session.
Listening to the Body: Discovering Unexpected Connections
What I enjoy most is the work on my back—when Agnese finds those points of tension I didn’t even know I had. It amazes me to feel how everything is connected — I have pain in my shoulder, and my wrist responds.
Each session becomes an opportunity to know myself better and to truly listen to my body.

Benefits of Shiatsu: Relaxation That Arises from Within
Since receiving Shiatsu treatments, I sleep better, my body feels more balanced, and my aches have decreased—especially when I keep up with regular sessions.
I gladly recommend Shiatsu, because each meeting is a small journey of self-discovery: something new to feel, to learn, to release.
At first, it’s an intense experience, one that connects you to yourself in a new way. Then, little by little, a deep relaxation arrives—one that restores and brings inner calm.
Agnese is a true point of reference and trust for me: with her, I feel welcomed, heard, and safe.
I’d love to learn to recognize on my own what she helps me see — the subtle signals the body sends, and that Shiatsu teaches you to listen to.
