This Easter, I want to share with you a thought that reflects on the essence of life.
I'd like you to reflect on the concept of transition, of passage, and how this is intrinsically linked to the concept of change.
Easter is traditionally seen as a time of rebirth and renewal. It's a period when we celebrate the transition from darkness to light, from death to life. This concept of transition is deeply rooted in the very nature of our being, as well as in the nature that surrounds us.
Look to the plants, for example. They are masters of change. Every year, without hesitation, they shed their leaves, only to bloom even more lush and beautiful in the following spring. It's a continuous cycle of rebirth, a constant flow of life and change.
Like plants, we humans are in symbiosis with change. It's inevitable, an integral part of our life experience. But what really matters is how we embrace this change, how we welcome it as an ally rather than seeing it as a threat.
Find the practice that suits you, as it's an opportunity to embrace change in a conscious and harmonious way. Shiatsu is just one of many opportunities: through contact with the body and the release of accumulated tensions, Shiatsu helps us connect with our deepest selves and find balance and serenity in transition.
I invite you to embrace this opportunity for rebirth and renewal in whatever way resonates with you. Take a step towards the well-being of your body and mind, and give yourself a precious gift.
May it be a way to celebrate your personal inner Easter, a moment of transformation and growth.
May this Easter inspire you to embrace change with joy and gratitude, and lead you towards a new awareness and vitality.
I wish you an Easter filled with peace, joy, and well-being.
Best wishes,
Agnese
